Setmaster Duplex Collator (12 Station A3 or 24 Station A4)
Each feeding station is equipped with an adjustable feeding head and blow separator which ensures accurate sheet separation on any stock between 20g/m2 and 1000g/m2, and both are equipped with miss and double sheet detector systems.

Heidelberg TH/KH 66 Folder
State of the art 32pp Folder with buckle plates and continuous feeder (there are four swing deflector plates in the first unit, four plates in the second unit and two plates in the third unit). Also complete with stream delivery and pressing unit SPH 70/100.

AMS Astrojet 3800 Ink Jet Personalisation system
This comprises a feeder and ink jet station with 8 HP ink jet heads, capable of producing from 10,000 C4 envelopes per hour to 20,000 A6 envelopes per hour. The system is capable of producing envelopes with a 12-line address, return address, Royal Mail PPI logo – all in one pass through the machine. The machine also has a belt-driven AMS 6000 delivery system with 2 infra-red drying lamps to allow it to run at high speeds on coated and uncoated materials.
