Customer Tours

If you want to create printed materials of the highest possible quality, it’s a real asset if you have an insight into what happens during the processes of design, artwork creation, print, finishing and fulfilment. That way you not only avoid errors, but you can also take advantage of a wider range of techniques, processes and formats. In short, you will produce better publications.

We want to do all we can to help our customers understand what we do, and learn about the many services we offer. That’s why – almost uniquely – we offer all our clients a free tour of our premises, thereby helping them to make better decisions about the work they entrust us with.

So, why not visit us one day soon? We can offer you:

  • a tour of the design studio and the print room;
  • the chance to speak to all our staff, including our designers, printers, customer service staff and others;
  • help in demystifying the print process, including an explanation of the most commonly used terms and references;
  • a tour of the bindery to demonstrate the different ways in which print jobs can be finished;
  • lots of opportunities to ask questions;
  • light refreshments.
