Better Business Means Working Together

Two Heads Are Better Than One! That was the theme of a special networking breakfast organised by Palladian Press and Mosaic Publicity to promote the benefits of businesses working together.

More than a hundred business people turned up to the event held at the Barn Brasserie in Great Tey near Colchester on October 3rd 2003, where guests enjoyed a full English breakfast and the opportunity to network with businesses from across Essex.

Paul Douglas, Managing Director of Palladian Press, gave a warm welcome to all and thanked the company's many customers and suppliers for their continued support, commitment and loyalty. He said that Palladian Press places great value on the long-term partnerships and friendships that have developed and feels honoured to have had the opportunity to work closely on them.

Paul went on to say that local companies are stronger for working together and that's the message he was keen to get across. "This event is a fantastic way for us to say what a privilege it is to work with some of the best companies in Essex, but also a chance to remind ourselves that by supporting one another we raise the profile not just of our own businesses, but of our communities, our town and our county."

Echoing his sentiments, Mosaic Publicity Director, Kevin Bentley, said successful business partnerships were at the heart of a strong local economy: "This area has some of the most exciting and dynamic companies in the country. By supporting one another, working together to give our clients and customers the best possible service, we generate a strong local economy and everyone benefits from that."
